As well as being a Founder, Business Owner, and Entrepreneur, I am a project management pro who thrives on solving problems, building connections, and turning chaos into clarity. Coffee lover, avid traveler, and proud dog parent.

I’ve spent the last 10+ years helping businesses grow by managing projects that deliver real results. From startups to established brands, I’ve successfully led teams in tech, retail, and more.

I believe project management is more than just timelines and spreadsheets—it’s about creating transformations, building trust, and helping businesses thrive. Specialising in transformational project management, I bring structure and strategy to chaotic situations, and I’m obsessed with finding innovative solutions.

When I’m not managing projects, you can find me experimenting with cocktails (ask me about my latest creation!) or going for a swim, along with many varied voluntary roles (see below!).

As the Chair of Trustees, I help to shape the way the organisation runs, and manage and govern the charity. As a Trustee I am responsbile for making sure the charity is run effectively and in compliance with the law.

Be the Business is an independent, not-for-profit org, with a single goal: to help business owners & leaders improve the performance of their business. I work with a group of senior leaders to add external ideas and perspectives to the thinking of ambitious small businesses.

Being a responsible and strategic leader, shaping the vision and direction of the school. Supportive and accountable, working collaboratively with staff and stakeholders to ensure the best outcomes for students.

I work as part of a wider group of business leaders to provide mentoring and support to students from year 10 upwards. We offer advice and support to complement existing services and help to show students the variety of opportunities open to them when they finish GCSEs or Sixth Form.
