About us
Founded in 2017, we pride ourselves on delivering projects that put the client at the centre, whether it be the residents who will benefit from full-fibre broadband, or the end user who will benefit from better commissioned, more efficient services. We endeavour to examine the impact of the project on all stakeholders and place a strong focus on the social value commitments that can be achieved through commercial partnerships.
Our Fibre Broadband Programme Management
is headed up by Jennie Bayliss, who leads a team of project consultants
Our role is primarily to act on behalf of the Landlord to deliver fibre broadband services to their residents. Our team manages the process for multiple Internet Service Providers, making sure they adhere to the terms of the wayleave and deliver a high quality installation and any agreed social value commitments

is supported by a wide range of associates and consultants
We specialise in public sector contracts across local government and the NHS, working with the Executive Leadership Team, right down to departments and individuals to deliver real, tangible results across the organisation.

Our Social Mission and Corporate Objectives
Corporate Objective 1: To program manage over 500,000 connections into both private and social housing and tenanted homes by the end of 2025.
Corporate Objective 2: To help landlords get the maximum social and economic value from their wayleaves, aiming for £10m per landlord.
Corporate Objective 3: To support and work closely with a charity, creating new and exciting projects to help grow the charity and improve standards of living for the community. Our charity projects will focus on supporting residents in the areas our team are living and working.
