A Smoothie that boosts brain power is what our blog post is about this week! We are intrigued by foods which mean too boost that brain! And all of them you can easily make a trip to your local supermarket and pick them up!
SMOOTHIE 1: BERRY BOOST
1 Banana
½ Cup Blueberries
½ Cup Cherries
1 Cup Apple Juice
1 Tbsp Flax seeds
Blend fruit with apple juice. Add flax seeds and blend until combined. Add ice if you want the smoothie to be thicker and little cooler for a hot day.
SMOOTHIE 2: THE CLEVER COLADA
1 Cup Coconut Milk
1 Frozen Banana
1 Cup Pineapple
1 Scoop Vanilla Protein Powder (optional)
Blend all ingredients and add some ice if you want to cool down the drink and a make it a little more like the cocktail.
SMOOTHIE 3: GREEN TEA CRAZY
1 Cup Green Tea (cooled)
2 Tbsp Honey
½ Banana
1.2 Cup Spinach
1 Cup Frozen Blueberries
1 Tbsp Chia Seeds
Make the tea and let it cool, put all of the ingredients into the blender and blend together.
SMOOTHIE 4: SUPER KALE
1 Cup Apple Juice
1 Cup Kale
1 Kiwi
½ Banana
1 Tbsp Flax seeds
Add all of the ingredients to the blender and blend until smooth.
Grab a blender and get mixing them smoothies up! And don’t forget that you can take your smoothies on the go, that’s one of the best parts of having these smoothies. A whole meal in one, on the go!
